Responsibilities

  • Manage scope, cost, schedule and risk for infrastructure projects
  • Lead and support multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with Client Project managers
  • Engage stakeholders and negotiate with clients to build lasting relationships
  • Oversee NEC4/ECC contract management and financial discipline
  • Drive risk, change and commercial management and pursue continuous improvement
  • Ensure health, safety, quality and environmental aspects are integrated into projects
  • Contribute to project delivery from concept to completion across highways, rail, urban infrastructure, energy and utilities

Key requirements

  • Recognised qualifications (PMP, APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or equivalent experience
  • Experience delivering diverse, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects and programmes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Commercial acumen with NEC4/ECC contract management experience or significant exposure
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments
  • Experience across sectors such as water, energy, defence, roads and utilities
  • On track to chartership or current membership of professional institutions is desirable
