Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

In this role you collaborate with senior leaders to turn insights into actions that boost profitability and financial health. You will standardize reporting, manage forecasting and budgeting, and drive cost optimization and revenue growth across the organization. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, shaping strategic decisions through clear financial guidance. This position sits within Farfetch’s Finance function, contributing to a financially coherent and high-performing business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders, delivering financial guidance aligned with business objectives
• Identify cost optimization, process improvements, and revenue growth opportunities
• Align financial management across the organization by standardising reporting and KPIs
• Provide timely analysis, insights and recommendations on financial impact of key business decisions
• Drive achievement of financial goals by partnering with teams to grow revenue and optimise costs
• Manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for functional areas and translate business vision into strategy
• Identify and implement process improvements and contribute to reporting enhancements through continuous improvement mindset

Key requirements

• P&L ownership and financial planning experience
• Experience in retail, technology, or e-commerce is advantageous
• Proven people leadership and team delivery skills
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence strategic decisions
