Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an AI+ strategy for the Finance team aligned with company objectives
• Identify AI opportunities and create a roadmap with milestones, resources, and timelines
• Guide and integrate AI technologies (automation, robotics, AI/ML, GenAI) with existing workflows
• Design and deploy AI solutions to improve performance, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
• Collaborate with Finance Technology Lead, Corporate Finance, and divisional CFOs to ensure stakeholder readiness
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and translate business needs into AI+ solutions
• Shape data management strategy to support AI initiatives focusing on quality, accessibility, and use
• Lead readiness assessments, evaluate current AI capabilities, and identify gaps
• Oversee AI+ project design and deployment, coordinate with internal teams and vendors
• Articulate AI/ML, NLP, and GenAI benefits, limitations, and prerequisites for success
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery
• Define KPIs for ROI and prepare reports for senior leadership
• Establish governance and ethical guidelines for AI initiatives
• Stay current on AI trends and regulatory developments; represent Finance in AI forums

Key requirements

• 8+ years in finance, digital transformation, or related fields with AI/automation/robotics experience
• Proven leadership of AI/ML, NLP, and GenAI projects in large, complex organizations
• Strong project/program management with cross-functional influence
• Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
