Responsibilities

  • Administering contracts in line with project objectives and policies
  • Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget
  • Proactively monitor cost variance and contract cash flow; ensure timely and correct applications
  • Collaborate with client and contractor teams on deliverables, KPIs, programme performance, cost control and value engineering
  • Manage contract change to maintain governance and best practice
  • Drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy

Key requirements

  • Cost Management level experience
  • Experience delivering projects in Distribution, Transmission, Renewables or other technologies
  • Degree qualification (ideally) or equivalent
  • Professional body membership or equivalent (ideally)
  • Contract Management experience (NEC3, Option C or NEC4 preferred)
