Overview
In this role you will support a national law firm’s Commercial Property team in Manchester, handling a broad range of property matters for diverse clients. You will work on acquisitions, disposals, leases, development, regeneration and portfolio management, collaborating with other teams such as Corporate and Restructuring. The role combines technical property work with advisory, aiming to act as a trusted business advisor to clients. Responsibilities
- Acquisitions and disposals of investment property
- Negotiation of leases for landlords and tenants
- Development and regeneration projects
- Property portfolio management
- Providing property support to Corporate and Restructuring/ Insolvency teams
Key requirements
- Newly Qualified Solicitor or up to 2 PQE
- Proven training/experience in property matters at a reputable firm
- Commercial outlook with ability to act as a business advisor
- Versatility to handle a wide range of commercial property matters
