Product & Service Owner

Overview

In this role, you will lead the governance and roadmap delivery for the TULIP platform, acting as a key driver in the IT Services team of a major university. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and the Platform Steering Group to oversee security, resilience, remediation, and continuous improvement across a landscape of ~170 applications. This is a pivotal part of a major digital transformation, with accountability for shaping platform strategy and outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to realise ambitious service goals and modernise IT services.

Responsibilities

• Drive platform governance, security, resilience, and roadmap delivery for TULIP
• Lead remediation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage two Technical Analysts and coordinate with senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with Platform Steering Group to align on priorities and governance
• Shape and influence a major digital transformation programme across a large IT estate

Key requirements

• Experience in leading platform governance and IT transformation initiatives
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Proven track record in remediation and continuous improvement
• People management experience (two analysts)
