Overview

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant at Pax8, you drive transformation for customers through BC implementations and expert guidance. You work with cross-functional colleagues to deliver high-impact projects, from discovery through training and go-live, shaping how clients succeed with Business Central and the Power Platform. You act as a trusted advisor, resolving complex issues and guiding partners toward scalable solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact client work from implementations and scoping to training to ensure project success
• Serve as trusted escalation point, resolving complex issues for customers and the support team
• Own follow-on activities from engagements, ensuring details are managed
• Collaborate across Pax8 to drive partner growth, support discovery calls, refine processes, and shape feature documentation
• Invest in personal growth through learning paths, coaching, stretch projects, and on-the-job training

Key requirements

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central (Core Finance, Fixed Assets, key third-party apps) and BC development fundamentals
• Experience supporting customers and partners with Dynamics 365 BC challenges
• Strategic thinking with ability to guide clients clearly
• Confidence in leading calls, workshops, and training sessions
• Excellent organization, tech-savviness, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder engagement across languages and markets
