Senior Management Accountant | Property

Overview

In this Management Accountant role, you will support a specialist property investment company by delivering focused accounting and reporting to the Director. You’ll manage multi-entity finance activities, including invoicing, bank operations, cash flow, and project reporting, while coordinating with external accountants. Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-entity invoicing, payments, and bank management
• Manage accounting systems, reconciliations, and creditor reporting
• Maintain deal ledgers, financial summaries, and project reporting
• Coordinate with external accountants and statutory submissions
• Monitor cash flow, intercompany transfers, and funding requirements
• Ensure rental income collection and general operational administration

Key requirements

• Newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with property experience
• Practice-trained with accounts preparation and property client experience or industry property sector experience
• Immediately available or on short notice
