Overview
In this role you will lead audits for a portfolio including social housing within a large, reputable firm undergoing growth. You will manage end-to-end audits, serve as the primary client contact during fieldwork, and mentor junior staff, shaping a high-performing audit team. You’ll review statutory statements and partner with senior staff to identify advisory opportunities. This is an engaging path toward Senior Manager/Director, within a collaborative, career-focused culture.

Responsibilities
- Lead audit assignments across a portfolio including social housing
- Manage audits from planning through completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
- Serve as primary client contact during fieldwork, guiding and resolving complex issues
- Supervise, mentor and develop junior team members
- Review statutory financial statements and conduct technical research
- Collaborate with partners to identify client needs and potential advisory opportunities
Key requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified or by experience
- Social housing sector experience
- Extensive audit experience in a Practice environment
