Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from inception to completion
• Mentor and develop junior engineers
• Manage own project scope, timeline and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver building services solutions
• Contribute to project planning and client-facing activities

Key requirements

• At least 6 years in mechanical building services design
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion
• Ability to tutor and develop junior engineers
• Software capabilities; CAD, Hevacomp, Revit (desirable)
