Responsibilities

• Manage a solely contentious employment law caseload from inception to final hearing

• contribute to high-stakes disputes involving the employer’s policies and practices

Key requirements

• minimum 3 years PQE
• experience in Employment Litigation and tribunal claims
• ability to prioritise work and manage deadlines
• experience with Legal Expenses Insurance-funded claims is desirable but not mandatory
