Head of Data Products

Overview

In this role you will lead the enterprise view of Data Products and orchestrate cross-domain initiatives to deliver value. You will partner with data domain owners, business stewards, IT, and delivery teams to align data strategy with enterprise priorities and OKRs. You’ll manage demand intake, prioritisation, and capacity, shaping a value-led portfolio and steering forums for progress. You’ll serve as the primary interface across business, data, and IT, driving accountability and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise data product view including standards, governance, and lifecycle management
• Drive adoption and value realisation across business domains
• Align data product strategy with enterprise priorities and outcomes
• Act as the cross-domain orchestration glue for alignment and prioritisation across domains
• Govern demand into IT, shape initiatives into a coherent portfolio, and define priorities and success measures
• Lead forums for prioritisation, decision-making, and progress tracking across data initiatives
• Serve as primary interface between business, data, and IT, engaging senior stakeholders and governance bodies
