Legal Indemnities Insurance Specialist

Overview

In this role you will own and grow a large, warm LI pipeline within a major AIM-listed professional services group. You will manage high volumes of LI inquiries and build strong relationships with law firms to support structured broking and revenue growth. You can tailor the role toward internal broking or client-facing business development, including CPD delivery and key lawyer engagement. The position offers immediate impact, stability of a large plc, and the chance to establish and lead the LI division.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming LI business (40–50 inquiries per week)
• Develop and nurture relationships with a panel of law firms
• Choose between focusing on internal broking or client-facing business development and leadership
• Deliver CPD sessions and support lawyer relationships
• Build and lead the Legal Indemnities division from the ground up
• Contribute to revenue growth by leveraging a ready-made pipeline

Key requirements

• Experienced LI Broker with established market relationships
• Broker with transactional LI experience ready for the next step
• Ex-lawyer or property professional with transaction process experience
