As Finance Manager for Group IT, you will lead financial planning, controls and business partnering across the global IT function. You will drive budgeting, forecasting and performance insights for senior stakeholders, shaping IT investment decisions and capital expenditure. You work closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver robust financial governance and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for Group IT
- Oversee financial controls, processes and governance with Group policies
- Review and sign off management accounts, journals, reconciliations and reporting
- Present performance, forecasts and insights to senior stakeholders
- Manage intercompany recharge processes across units
- Provide financial guidance to support IT initiatives and investments
- Support CAPEX business cases and ensure proper accounting treatment
- Lead, coach and develop a team of three
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting and controls
Key requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with ≥5 years post-qualification
- Finance Business Partner experience in a commercial setting
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning experience
- Experience managing and developing finance teams
- Experience supporting an IT or technology-focused environment (advantageous)
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing leadership decisions
- Strong communication and ability to explain complex financial information
