Overview

As Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead and transform TA across your region, embedding AI and turning hiring into a data-driven, insight-led capability. You will partner with senior leadership to build scalable teams, optimize pipelines, and drive smarter hiring decisions through analytics and AI-enabled workflows. You’ll champion governance, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration while shaping a proactive, market-aware TA function.

Responsibilities

  • Lead TA for the region, owning delivery and AI adoption as a core operating standard
  • Build and scale high-performing TA teams, setting expectations for AI use and data-driven execution
  • Drive AI adoption across the TA lifecycle with tools like Workday, Paradox, Metaview, Textio and TalentNeuron
  • Develop end-to-end pipeline understanding, including funnel metrics and talent density across markets and roles
  • Enable data-driven hiring decisions to influence role building, talent targeting, and strategy
  • Shift TA from reactive to proactive hiring with proactive talent pools
  • Elevate teams toward Adoptive and Transformative AI proficiency with standardized workflows
  • Establish structured workflows across sourcing, outreach, interviews, and candidate management for consistency
  • Foster continuous experimentation to test and scale new AI capabilities via managers
  • Leverage Metaview Deep Research and TalentNeuron to generate market insights and actionable strategies
  • Partner with People & Culture and Diversity & Inclusion to address gaps and improve representation
  • Ensure AI practices meet global regulatory, privacy, and compliance standards with governance
  • Collaborate across leadership to embed governance and accountability across teams

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 12+ years TA experience across in-house and agency environments
  • 5+ years leadership experience managing managers and distributed teams
  • Proven ability to build, scale, and evolve TA functions or operating models
  • Strong experience using technology and data to improve recruiting efficiency
  • Experience with talent intelligence platforms (TalentNeuron or Draup) to advise strategy
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving change
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret and act on pipeline and talent data
  • Deep understanding of global recruitment practices, employment laws, and compliance
