Site Manager – High End Residential Fit Out

Overview

In this role you will lead high-end residential fit-out and refurbishment projects in Central London, ensuring value, quality, and safety. You will partner with the Contracts Manager and coordinate with the Quantity Surveyor to keep programmes and budgets on track while managing client changes. You’ll be the primary client-facing presence on site, shaping delivery through proactive communication and meticulous site management. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-end residential fit-out/refurbishment projects within programme and budget
• Maintain client-facing communications and manage client changes on site
• Coordinate with the QS to ensure financial and schedule targets are met
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines on site
• Report to the Contracts Manager and work closely with other site and project stakeholders
