Overview

In this role, you will lead a key risk technology area focused on UI and workflow platforms, guiding cross‑team delivery and ensuring scalable, governance‑driven solutions. You will shape the product roadmap, monitor performance and user feedback, and drive adoption across a large organisation. You’ll influence senior stakeholders, promote innovation, and uphold a culture of inclusion while delivering impactful tech programs. Responsibilities

• Lead technology and process implementations to meet objectives
• Decide on resources, budget, and operational approaches
• Develop and maintain product roadmap with features and enhancements
• Monitor product performance and user feedback for data‑driven improvements
• Governance accountability for coding decisions and cost of ownership
• Deliver technical solutions reuse across multiple businesses
• Influence peer leaders and senior stakeholders

Key requirements

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and extensive hands‑on experience
• Experience leading cross‑functional technologist teams
• Experience building technical platforms/products with broad adoption
• Proven track record as Technical Product Owner or Technical Product Manager
• Understanding of platform architecture and development
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
