Senior Reporting & Analytics Consultant – Workday Success Plans

Overview

In this role you will help customers extract value from Workday by delivering targeted micro-consulting and guided configurations. You’ll act as a trusted Workday advisor, conducting research, demonstrations, and one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption. You work closely with customers to translate complex Workday concepts into actionable insights and practical deployments. You’ll join a customer-centric team that values collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Research customer questions and related Workday concepts
• Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet business requirements
• Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
• Provide one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
• Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) and stay aware of the Workday roadmap
• Participate in creating new programs to drive feature adoption
• Deliver other Customer Enablement services, including Office Hours and configuration reviews

Key requirements

• 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience
• 3+ years in Workday HCM/Financial Reporting and Analytics
• Certification in Prism Analytics
• 3+ years IT implementation experience
• 3+ years software consulting experience
• Workday Certification or ability to certify in Workday HCM/Financial/Reporting
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
