Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale hospitality projects from definition to delivery
• Lead and develop project teams; set objectives and manage performance
• Establish delivery plans, governance, and control mechanisms
• Coordinate multiple consultants and contractors
• Produce plans/schedules, track budgets, and manage variances
• Apply best-practice processes; recommend improvements
• Present risks/issues with mitigations to senior management
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to align expectations and progress
• Analyze data to assess impact of options on delivery
• Act as a technical advisor to senior management to achieve project objectives
• Ensure contract compliance in project delivery parameters
• Manage and develop team leaders
• Translate business objectives into financial targets and business cases
• Contribute to Currie & Brown’s vision and project delivery

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Project management professional certification or accreditation
• Experience leading large scale and complex projects
• Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams
• Strong pre-contract and post-contract experience
• Excellent contract administration experience
