Overview

In this Engagement Manager role, you will lead complex AWS-based cloud migration and transformation projects, bridging business needs with technical solutions. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, manage risks, and apply AWS frameworks to deliver measurable customer outcomes. The position emphasizes governance, security, and stakeholder alignment while advancing your AWS certifications and domain expertise. You will shape technical strategies and establish best practices as you drive projects to successful completion in a global ProServe context.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cloud migration and transformation initiatives from start to finish
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery of project outcomes
• Plan at program level and adapt strategies to evolving objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
• Make key decisions and manage program risks and issues
• Establish governance, structure, and communication plans for projects
• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance requirements
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and align to customer outcomes
• Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and map to business value

Key requirements

• Experience delivering enterprise IT engagements
• Knowledge of infrastructure, applications, data management, security, and platforms
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale
• Preferred: active project management certification
• Preferred: AWS certification
• Preferred: experience delivering customer engagements in professional services
• Preferred: experience with Agile and PM tools (Jira, Rally, VersionOne, Taiga)
• Preferred: experience presenting to C-level executives and business units
