Overview

As Marketing Lead, you will steer the marketing strategy for a multi-country immunology and inflammation portfolio across Europe. You’ll shape customer engagement and drive marketing excellence in a complex, international environment, leading Brand Managers and collaborating with Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs and senior stakeholders. You’ll oversee portfolio strategy, brand performance, omnichannel initiatives, launch readiness and governance to improve customer experiences and support patients with innovative healthcare solutions. This role offers high-impact work across markets with a clear path to influence growth and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated portfolio strategies across multiple brands and therapeutic areas
  • Align marketing priorities and investment decisions across the portfolio
  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to optimise customer engagement and brand growth
  • Lead and develop Brand Managers across multiple European markets
  • Develop and implement integrated customer engagement strategies across digital and field channels
  • Oversee development and execution of brand campaigns and engagement programmes across countries
  • Provide strategic oversight for launch planning and lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs and Compliance for coordinated execution
  • Oversee portfolio marketing budgets, ROI and resource allocation
  • Represent Marketing in leadership discussions, governance meetings and business reviews

Key requirements

  • Significant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare marketing
  • Proven success in brand strategy and customer engagement initiatives
  • Experience managing multiple brands or portfolios
  • Prior leadership or development of marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and customer engagement
  • Experience supporting product launches and lifecycle management
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in complex, matrixed, international environments
