Senior Product Portfolio Analyst

Overview

In this role you will help turn AI-driven insights into practical, scalable portfolio decisions for product management at IFS. You will work at the intersection of portfolio management, product management and financial planning to enable data-driven prioritization, ROI tracking, and strategy execution. You will prototype AI-powered agents and workflows to reduce friction and empower teams across the organization. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven position that emphasizes enablement over central control and seeks to scale AI-enabled capabilities across the PMO.

Responsibilities

• Turn portfolio data and business signals into self-serve insights and clear prioritization options for product managers
• Build predictive portfolio analyses to forecast outcomes and compare scenarios and trade-offs
• Develop capital allocation recommendations and track ROI and benefits realization
• Support strategy by making roadmap consumption easier and pressure-testing funding decisions
• Perform root cause analysis to design sustainable solutions and reduce recurring friction
• Translate ambiguous requirements into repeatable processes and operating models for AI-enabled working
• Design, prototype and deploy AI agents, workflows, and decision-support tools at scale
• Create tools and data products that enable PMs to work more independently and consistently

Key requirements

• Background in product operations, portfolio management, product management, or similar
• Financial and commercial fluency with portfolio scenario modelling and ROI framing
• Comfort operating at portfolio level to turn complex questions into data-driven options
• Practical confidence using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve analysis and decision-making
• Preference for enabling teams via better tools, processes, and self-serve answers
• Ability to clarify ambiguous requirements and align with stakeholders
