Electrical Associate Director (Building Services)

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for Building Services MEP and co-lead the project team
• Provide design and technical guidance within a multidisciplinary ME P discipline
• Supervise detailed designs and the work of others in the function
• Lead project feasibility studies and assess discipline-specific feasibility
• Direct production of detailed and performance specifications subject to review
• Review design programmes and ensure adequate resources for delivery
• Interpret client needs to align with full project delivery

Key requirements

• Understanding of UK and European regulations applicable to the discipline and how to apply them in project execution
• UK project experience within Building Services MEP
• Proven ability to allocate and direct work using electrical design software packages
• Experience with Revit MEP or other 3D design software for directing project work
• Ability to sketch and communicate technical detail graphically
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for project direction
