Overview

In this role you will lead data-driven, end-to-end marketing campaigns for PGA TOUR 2K, shaping live-service experiences and partnerships. You’ll work across the Integrated Marketing team to drive player satisfaction, awareness, and revenue, leveraging insights and in-game testing to optimize messaging and offers. You’ll manage high-profile brand partnerships and activations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to bring licensed content to life. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role that combines product literacy with creative execution to grow the franchise.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across the live-services machine, including title-level planning, seasonal creatives, and real-money activations
  • Represent player needs through insights, analytics, and hands-on feature testing to highlight product value
  • Own in-game lifecycle strategy, crafting messaging and offers to guide players through optimal experiences
  • Lead brand partnerships, influencer tie-ins, and promotional activations with internal and external partners
  • Build and maintain high-trust relationships across the Business Unit and shared services to enable seamless campaign execution

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing, live-service campaign management, or lifecycle marketing in gaming or digital entertainment
  • Extensive knowledge or interest in sports, ideally golf
  • Ability to deliver integrated campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and retention
  • Strong data interpretation to influence real-time decisions and measure marketing performance across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Familiarity with PC & console marketing (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam)
