Overview

In this role you will support the ongoing development of Oracle HCM and connected HR systems, partnering with HR Operations, Payroll, HR Business Partners and IT to enhance system quality and usability. You’ll handle a mix of configuration, reporting, and documentation work across countries, contributing to onboarding journeys, HR reporting and SOPs. The role offers breadth and impact as you help scale HR services and ensure data integrity. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and global consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support for Oracle HCM and related HR technology, investigating user queries, system issues and process failures
  • Manage system change processes from requirements through testing, implementation, and post-implementation review
  • Collaborate with technical teams to configure HR processes (self-service, workflows, absence/leave, benefits, approvals)
  • Review HR system data for accuracy and implement sustainable data controls
  • Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR reports, extracts and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Support data gathering and validation for workforce reporting with confidentiality and governance
  • Coordinate with Payroll and HR Shared Services to manage downstream data reconciliation and hand-offs
  • Design and improve employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, benefits, leave, changes, records) and produce SOPs
  • Develop user guidance and knowledge materials for consistent HR service delivery
  • Coordinate with external providers and internal teams on incidents, enhancements, access, and system improvements
  • Work across entities and countries to balance local variation with global consistency
  • Adopt a continuous-improvement mindset to reduce manual workarounds and scale solutions

Key requirements

  • Experience in an HR systems, HRIS, HR data, people operations or HR shared-services role
  • Experience using and supporting an enterprise HR system; Oracle HCM experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes (lifecycle admin, onboarding, benefits, absence/leave, data)
  • Experience investigating system/data issues and coordinating with technical teams
  • Strong Excel and data-analysis skills with large datasets and trend identification
  • Experience producing HR reports, MI, data extracts or dashboards
  • Experience supporting process mapping, SOP development or employee/manager guidance
  • Strong written communication to translate technical/policy info into practical content
  • Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and sound judgement
