Overview
As Regional Vice President, EMEA for Matterport, you will build and scale a high-impact sales organization to drive adoption of Matterport’s digital twin technology across the built world. You’ll lead a regional team, shape GTM strategy, and foster a culture of accountability and customer obsession. You’ll engage with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to demonstrate how digitizing spaces improves efficiency and outcomes. This role offers strategic influence, leadership growth, and exposure to enterprise-level deals in a fast-paced market.

Responsibilities
- Build and lead a regional sales organization of Directors, Account Executives and Channel Managers
- Drive new business acquisition and account expansion across the territory
- Create and execute a region-specific go-to-market strategy aligned with Matterport’s segmentation
- Develop field professionals skilled in in-person meetings, on-site discovery, and live demos
- Establish pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and multi-threaded customer engagement processes
- Partner with Sales Enablement to equip sellers with tools, talk tracks, and insights
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine regional messaging and identify opportunities
- Engage with key customers and partners to support major deals and expand relationships
- Foster a culture of accountability, deal quality, territory ownership, and customer focus
- Identify and implement best practices in field execution and industry positioning
- Represent Matterport and CoStar Group values as an executive ambassador in EMEA
- Provide executive-level reporting on performance, pipeline, insights, and team development
- Travel extensively within the region to support sellers and high-touch selling strategy
- Instill mission and values, ensuring professionalism and integrity across leaders and sellers
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership, including outside/field SaaS teams, with at least 2 years in second-level leadership
- Proven success leading revenue teams in fast-paced B2B environments
- Experience hiring and developing field sellers for face-to-face, multi-threaded sales
- Strong operational leadership with process-building and data-informed decision-making
- Influence across all levels from field sellers to enterprise executives
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50%+ within the region
