Overview
In this role, you cultivate strong client relationships and ensure Gartner subscribers realize value beyond their investment. You onboard new clients, demonstrate Gartner services, and drive engagement across client teams. You work with internal partners to remove obstacles, review client performance, and propose action plans that maximize ROI. You partner with senior and junior stakeholders to align priorities with Gartner capabilities, contributing to client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships across client organizations to ensure successful usage of Gartner subscriptions
- Introduce Gartner services to new clients and articulate value to decision-makers
- Facilitate client conversations to identify priorities and propose action programs that deliver ROI
- Collaborate with internal Gartner teams to maximize client value and overcome obstacles
- Regularly review client book of business, performance, and engagement metrics
Key requirements
- Fluent in Norwegian and English at business level
- ≥2 years of relevant professional or internship experience
- Proven track record of delighting clients
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
