Overview

In this role you drive growth for Nuix Discover in a defined enterprise territory, engaging law firms, corporate legal departments, and eDiscovery providers. You own a full sales cycle from qualification to contract, coordinating pre-sales and customer success to close high-value software and SaaS deals. You build a robust pipeline and cultivate executive relationships to position Nuix Discover as the platform of record for legal discovery. The role offers autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to sophisticated procurement in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a defined enterprise territory across law firms, corporate legal departments, and litigation support providers
  • Lead the full sales cycle from qualification to contract execution, using structured qualification like MEDDPICC
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with decision-makers across target accounts
  • Maintain a robust, forecastable pipeline and accurate CRM data to track revenue
  • Lead commercial negotiations and craft value-based proposals
  • Coordinate internal resources (pre-sales, product specialists, executives) to deliver a compelling buyer experience
  • Represent Nuix Discover at key legal tech events to build pipeline and market awareness

Key requirements

  • Demonstrated success selling eDiscovery, legal tech, or litigation support software on extended enterprise cycles
  • Strong network across legal and eDiscovery market including litigation support professionals and General Counsel
  • Deep knowledge of eDiscovery workflows, document review, and data management
  • Fluency with structured sales qualification methodologies (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger) for long cycles
  • Ability to engage with practitioners, evaluators, and senior legal executives in large firms and corporate legal teams
  • Strategic relationship-building and executive communication
