Overview

In this Delivery Lead role, you enable cross-functional squads to deliver valuable product increments and oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle. You will shape architecture and engineering standards in a greenfield initiative that scales for years, collaborating with product, engineering, design, and data teams. You drive delivery predictability, manage risks, and foster continuous improvement and high-performing team behaviours. You help transform how organisations connect talent, technology, and opportunity, contributing to a scalable AI-driven platform and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

  • Enable cross-functional squads to deliver a continuous flow of valuable product increments
  • Facilitate planning, daily coordination, reviews, retrospectives, and delivery ceremonies
  • Manage WIP, dependencies, risks, and impediments to improve flow
  • Coach teams on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Designers, QA, and Data teams
  • Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and delivery streams
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and delivery maturity initiatives
  • Support CI/CD, automated testing, technical debt management, and quality practices
  • Use delivery metrics to improve lead times, throughput, and predictability
  • Foster psychological safety, accountability, and high-performing behaviours
  • Communicate progress, risks, and forecasts to stakeholders
  • Contribute to evolving delivery frameworks and best practices across the organisation

Key requirements

  • 5+ years in Delivery Management, Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, or similar
  • Proven experience enabling Product and Technology teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
  • Ability to manage dependencies, risks, blockers, and stakeholder expectations across teams
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and iterative software delivery
  • Understanding of delivery metrics such as lead time, cycle time, throughput, and predictability
  • Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and iterative releases
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
