Finance Manager

Overview

As Finance Manager you will drive financial control and reporting for a fast-growing SME manufacturing business. You will partner with divisions, oversee month-end close, and contribute to budgeting and statutory accounts, helping to improve processes and controls. The role sits in a dynamic finance team aligned to the company’s evolving growth and investment plans. You will work cross-functionally to enable accurate reporting to investors and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close
• Prepare financial reporting for investors
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Produce statutory accounts
• Business partner with sales and commercial teams

Key requirements

• ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified
• strong technical accounting skills
