Recruitment Team Leader

Overview

In this role you lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team within Hyper Recruitment Solutions, contributing to international expansion across the UK, EU and US. You will drive business development and mentor junior consultants while delivering talent solutions in STEM, including permanent and contract roles. You work closely with clients at the cutting edge of science and technology to place skilled professionals and support lifesaving medicines and transformative technologies. Responsibilities

• lead and mentor junior consultants and drive performance
• develop and manage business with clients across permanent and contract staffing
• support international recruitment initiatives in the UK, EU and US
• align recruitment efforts with STI sector needs and timelines

Key requirements

• experience in a 360 agency environment with both business development and high performance
• prior mentoring, coaching or day-to-day management experience
• experience supporting professional contractors or hard-to-find talent in non-public sector/framework environments
• flexibility to work across UK, EU or US markets based on prior experience
