Overview
In this role you lead the go-to-market for a Tes product vertical, collaborating closely with Product, Sales and Marketing to define compelling messaging and drive demand. You own product positioning, craft campaigns, and enable cross-functional teams to optimise conversion and retention. You will mentor a small team and partner with regions to support growth and value delivery for schools. This is a chance to shape a unified product marketing function within a fast-growing EdTech context and directly impact school outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Develop and own marketing plans to generate demand, pipeline and brand awareness
- Act as strategic partner to drive market expansion across regions
- Create positioning, messaging frameworks and value propositions
- Collaborate with Creative and Communications to produce guides, blogs, webinars and case studies
- Monitor market trends and competitors, translating insights into strategy
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Product to improve customer experience and conversion
- Create sales enablement materials (battlecards, ROI tools, pitch decks, market narratives)
- Own campaign reporting, analysis and optimisation
- Lead and develop a small team with coaching and performance management
- Support Marketing Director in aligning product marketing strategy with broader activities
Key requirements
- Proven experience in revenue, growth or product marketing within SaaS or EdTech
- Experience partnering with Sales to maximise conversion and revenue
- Ability to articulate product value with compelling messaging
- Experience delivering integrated multi-channel campaigns
- Experience leading and managing a small team
