Senior Architectural Technologist

Overview

As Senior Architectural Technologist, you will lead an established, multi-disciplinary team on a national development programme across multiple sites, guiding projects from RIBA Stage 4 to completion. You will coordinate design information, liaise with main and sub-contractors, and drive drawing-pack management. This role combines leadership with hands-on delivery on a variety of commercial projects within a prestigious, growth-minded practice. You will apply strong BIM and design delivery to influence high-profile outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead an established team within a multi-disciplinary environment
• Take projects from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion
• Coordinate design information across the team and keep projects moving
• Work directly with main contractors and sub-contractors
• Attend design team meetings and manage drawing pack updates and issues

Key requirements

• A degree in Architectural Technology or a relevant discipline
• 3–5+ years of solid industry experience
• Proven track record delivering projects up to 5m in value
• Hands-on experience with site meetings and smaller-scale scheme management
• Strong Revit / BIM skills
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD and the Adobe Suite
• Clear, confident communication
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
