Overview

In this role you will shape industry solutions for Life, Pensions & Investments, building credibility with senior client stakeholders. You will drive transformational change by integrating strategy, technology and operations across complex engagements. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver market‑relevant outputs and create differentiated offerings. A strong emphasis on innovation, client relationships and industry knowledge fuels opportunities to impact both client outcomes and Accenture’s leadership in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define industry solutions and offerings to address client challenges
• Develop and articulate distinctive industry points of view
• Own and deliver industry projects and outputs that drive market-relevant change
• Contribute to diverse teams to provide a differentiated perspective
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues within the Industry practice

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in Life Insurance/Protection, Annuities, Pensions, or Retail Investing
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with senior clients
• Expertise in digital technology applications (e.g., journey to cloud, digital sales & servicing, analytics, product/policy administration)
• Market experience in Life, Pensions & Investments across administration, investments or proposition management
• Excellent presentation and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and apply innovative thinking to opportunities
• Comfort engaging with C‑suite stakeholders and leading change initiatives
• Track record in shaping and delivering complex change
