Overview

As an Account Manager in a premier facilities management provider, you’ll oversee a portfolio of commercial sites in Westminster, driving service quality, efficiency, and contract growth. You will manage P&L, KPIs, and WIP while leading a team of M&E engineers and coordinating with clients to meet SLAs. This role combines client leadership, financial oversight, and technical FM delivery in a high-visibility setting. You’ll shape maintenance strategy, ensure compliance, and drive value through additional services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across assets in the CAFM system.
  • Analyze PPM schedules to identify efficiency gains and potential contract growth.
  • Ensure compliance across FM operations on the account.
  • Coordinate statutory inspections and liaise with internal teams and client.
  • Conduct internal audits per company policies.
  • Manage subcontractors across FM service delivery.
  • Investigate service failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain delivery standards aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Hold full responsibility for the account’s P&L and commercial performance.

Key requirements

  • Qualified in electrical installations/engineering or mechanical-related subject (C&G/NVQ/EAL or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a manager within commercial building services
