Responsibilities

• Engage with Talent Acquisition and participate in profile assessments for future opportunities
• Support timely outreach and conversations when suitable roles arise
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to understand role requirements for potential placements
• Contribute to a continuous talent pool process that aligns with business needs and patient-centric goals

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Development Operations (e.g., CRA, Sr CRA, or leadership)
• Proven experience in team leadership, performance management, and coaching
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and monitoring activities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
