Overview

In this role you’ll drive the global go-to-market and positioning for Monzo’s Borrowing portfolio, shaping propositions for new country launches and multi-market growth. You’ll collaborate with product, design and research to deliver impactful launches that boost awareness, engagement and adoption while ensuring regulatory confidence. You’ll translate market insights into compelling messaging, personas and customer journeys, and partner with compliance to align with FCA requirements. This is a fast-paced, globally-facing position at a market-leading fintech with a strong growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Shape global propositions for new country launches and adapt positioning to local markets
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market plans for new features and offerings
  • Lead market intelligence, segmentation and ideal customer profiles
  • Craft clear messaging frameworks and test/value proposition resonance
  • Champion the customer voice through personas and buyer journeys
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
  • Oversee product launches and ensure high-quality go-to-market execution
  • Collaborate with legal/compliance to ensure messaging meets FCA/regulatory requirements

Key requirements
