Overview

As a Front-End Engineer within JPMorgan Chase’s International Consumer Bank, you’ll help build the bank of the future with cloud-native, microservices-based front-end solutions. You’ll work in cross-functional squads to shape architecture, deliver features, and own the SDLC for mobile and web experiences. The role blends hands-on development with collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced fintech environment. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Create and maintain clean, efficient, and reusable codebase

Key requirements

• Formal training or certification on JavaScript concepts and proficient applied experience
• Ability to write testable, clean JavaScript code
• Proficiency in React framework
• Familiarity with writing unit tests
• Understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL
• Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment within a geographically distributed team
• Ability to focus on promptly addressing customer needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
