HRMI Assistant Manager, HR Services

Overview

In this role you will partner with the Deloitte Talent Acquisition team to design and deliver analytics and MI that support business decisions. You will lead or contribute to projects that turn data into actionable insights, building dashboards and analytical tools for stakeholders across the firm. You will ensure data integrity and usability, translating complex concepts for diverse audiences. This position sits in the HR MI team within HR Services, contributing to a values-driven, collaborative culture with hybrid working options.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and governance for MI in Talent Acquisition
• Design and implement analytics projects and dashboards across platforms
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and usability of analytical tools during development
• Analyze data for integrity and actionable insights for specific business areas
• Provide timely and accurate MI to relevant stakeholders within the business
• Support cross-functional teams and communicate findings to varied audiences

Key requirements

• Proven experience with data analytics and MI in a business context
• Numerical, analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, SAP BW)
• Ability to translate MI into actions for different audiences
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Interest or exposure to Talent Acquisition
