Managing Principal Consultant – Life & Pensions

Overview

In this role you will lead and deliver high-impact Life & Pensions transformation programmes for UK clients, blending strategy, delivery, and hands-on consulting. You will steer digital, data, regulatory, and AI-enabled change while collaborating with clients and internal teams to expand Capco’s Life & Pensions practice. You’ll promote responsible AI adoption and governance to improve outcomes. This is a chance to shape transformative programs at a leading financial services consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex change and transformation programmes in Life & Pensions, leveraging AI-enabled approaches where appropriate
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and engage senior client stakeholders to ensure value delivery
• Support business development and identify AI-driven opportunities to create measurable value
• Build trusted client and vendor partnerships and promote practical AI-enabled ways of working aligned to objectives
• Embed governance and responsible AI practices throughout delivery

Key requirements

• Consulting experience in Life & Pensions
• Track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes
• Deep knowledge of Life & Pensions operations (policy admin, customer servicing, data governance, TOM design) and awareness of AI’s role in these areas
• Excellent stakeholder management and capability to support senior leaders in responsible AI adoption
• Experience generating revenue in a consulting environment and managing senior client relationships
