Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Residential Property department
• Manage a varied caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, and related matters
• Own the strategic direction and growth of the department
• Collaborate with marketing and networking teams to drive business development
• Over time, build and recruit a specialist team around you
• Leverage cross-referral pipelines from other departments

Key requirements

• Residential Property Solicitor with 8+ years PQE
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial with a desire to lead and grow a department
• Comfortable developing business and generating work
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team (desirable)
