Overview
In this role you will join a brand-new Cambridge office of a European semiconductor company to push high-performance analog ICs. You will design, model and verify custom analog circuits and explore new architectures in advanced FinFET tech using Cadence tools. You’ll contribute to an ambitious growth program focused on high-speed wireline applications. This is a hands-on, research-oriented position with meaningful impact on technology and product direction.

Responsibilities
- design, model, and verify high-performance analog circuits
- contribute to new circuit architectures and technology development
- work on challenging analog designs in FinFET technologies
- utilize Cadence tools for design and verification
- collaborate across teams to advance high-speed analog/mixed-signal initiatives
- pursue innovative approaches and potential patentable concepts
Key requirements
- BSc in Electronic Engineering; MSc or PhD also acceptable
- several years of industry experience in analog IC design
- experience in data converters (ADC/DAC), PLLs, or SerDes
- strong interest in developing new circuit architectures and technologies
- SerDes experience is highly desirable; ADC/DAC/PLLs backgrounds also acceptable
