Overview
In this role you will build the enablement engine for Scale’s EMEA go-to-market. You’ll design onboarding and maintain a central knowledge base to ensure sellers and partners execute with speed, quality, and consistency. You translate a complex AI and public-sector GTM into practical field playbooks, templates, and collateral. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to keep enablement current and actionable, driving measurable improvements in deal execution and ramp time. This is a hands-on, builder role with high impact on the EMEA market.
Responsibilities
- Design and run the structured onboarding program for EMEA GTM hires across sales, strategy, solutions, and adjacent roles
- Own and maintain a centralised GTM knowledge base with market- and role-specific organization
- Establish governance to keep materials current and non-duplicative; adapt global content for local use
- Create a recurring enablement cadence covering product updates, deal deconstructions, customer stories, and skills training
- Develop reusable tools, templates, and playbooks for priority deals and field execution
- Capture learnings from strategic deals and feed them back into materials and cadences
- Translate Scale’s AI capabilities for both technical and non-technical government stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Strategy, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Delivery, People) to standardise artefacts and improve execution
Key requirements
- Experience in sales enablement, GTM operations, revenue operations, or related commercial roles
- Knowledge of B2B or enterprise sales motions; public sector, AI, data, SaaS, or technical product exposure is a plus
- Excellent written communication and ability to distill complex information into practical materials
- Strong programme management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- High commercial judgement and curiosity about what sellers and customers need
- Ability to influence cross-functionally across multiple teams
- Builder mindset with comfort creating structure from scratch and iterating quickly
