Overview

In this role you support the Property Manager to enhance the value and quality of Amazon buildings through efficient, commercially-focused property management. You’ll build strong relationships with occupiers, landlords and neighbours while ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainable procurement. You contribute to capital asset planning and fabric maintenance, driving a best-in-class service across sites. Responsibilities

  • Support operational management of Amazon properties and propose service improvements
  • Act as main contact for occupiers and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor health, safety and environmental compliance and prepare related documentation
  • Oversee service charge budget expenditure and support sustainable procurement
  • Contribute to capital asset planning and lifecycle replacement for building fabric
  • Conduct regular inspections of retail and commercial properties and maintain records
  • Manage suppliers to ensure safe, compliant service delivery and provide feedback in meetings
  • Assist with security collaboration, incident response and emergency planning
  • Support development and rollout of business continuity systems for each building
  • Prepare management reports and administrative tasks to ensure portfolio consistency
  • Provide cover for Property Manager in their absence

Key requirements

  • Degree level qualification, or strong capability in a similar role
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Conversant with RICS code of practice in commercially property service charge
  • IOSH certification within the last 5 years
  • Proactive and adaptable working ethos
