Overview

As an AI Solutions Architect, you will craft cloud-native AI architectures to accelerate experimentation while enabling scalable delivery. You’ll shape PoCs, MVPs, and enterprise-grade platforms, guiding cross-functional teams from ideation to production. This role blends deep technical execution with strategic thinking in a dynamic environment. You will contribute to responsible, governed AI solutions and drive tangible business value.

Responsibilities

• Design pragmatic architectures for AI PoCs and MVPs within short innovation cycles while production-aware
• Provide technical leadership during workshops and discovery sessions, assessing feasibility in real time
• Develop reusable reference architectures, patterns and templates to speed AI delivery
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and services, informing build-versus-buy decisions
• Design cloud-native solutions using serverless and PaaS for fast deployment, cost control and scalability
• Define lightweight integration approaches connecting AI to enterprise data, systems and APIs
• Establish security, governance and compliance standards for rapid AI development
• Document trade-offs and decisions to enable production scaling
• Mentor engineers through architectural guidance and reviews
• Build domain-wide architectural knowledge to support diverse enterprise use cases
• Align solutions with enterprise standards and architectural principles

Key requirements

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with backend and modern frontend frameworks
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI, agent-based AI, RAG and orchestration patterns
• Experience with vector databases and AI-specific data stores
• Understanding of AI/ML models, LLMs and generative AI architectures
• Experience implementing governance for model selection, deployment and lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms and architecture patterns
• Experience designing and managing APIs (REST, GraphQL)
• Understanding of microservices and serverless architectures
• Practical experience with DevOps and MLOps, including CI/CD
• Knowledge of security frameworks, identity management and auth standards
