Consultant – Solution/Technology Architect, Insurance Architecture

Overview

In this role you will help shape and deliver transformational insurance engagements for leading clients. You will work across strategy, technology and operations to drive innovation, using data and AI to create tangible value. You’ll build senior client relationships, lead industry-focused outputs, and mentor junior colleagues in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. This position offers mobility and exposure to global practices within Accenture’s Insurance team.

Responsibilities

• Define insurance industry solutions and offerings to address client challenges
• Own and deliver industry-related projects and outputs delivering change
• Develop distinctive industry viewpoints and credibility with stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide differentiated client solutions
• Grow and mentor junior consultants within the Insurance practice
• Contribute to diverse teams to bring a differentiated perspective
• Support opportunities with senior client stakeholders and drive tangible outcomes

Key requirements

• Experience across Personal, Commercial, London Markets, Life & Pensions insurance areas
• Underwriting & Claims transformation, pensions operations, lifecycle of insurance processes
• Digital technology application to insurance—cloud, analytics, insurance platforms
• Track record in building lasting relationships with senior insurance clients
• Excellent consulting, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate at the intersection of business and technology
• Comfort with ambiguity and innovative thinking
• Mobility up to 100%
