Property Litigation Solicitor – Cheltenham

Overview

In this role you will join a respected dispute resolution team in a modern UK law firm to handle a broad mix of property disputes. You will advise landlords, tenants, managers, and investors and manage matters from breaches of covenant to possession proceedings. You’ll collaborate with specialist teams, support on complex disputes, and use ADR where appropriate to achieve efficient outcomes. This is a substantial opportunity to develop your own caseload and progress within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial and residential property disputes
• Act for landlords, tenants, managers, and investors
• Manage breaches of covenant, dilapidations, and possession proceedings
• Support on complex disputes while developing your own caseload
• Collaborate with other specialist teams to deliver commercially focused advice
• Explore and utilise ADR for efficient outcomes

Key requirements

• Around 3 years’ PQE in Property Litigation
• Experience in commercial and/or residential property disputes
• Strong technical grounding and practical, solution-focused mindset
• Confident drafting, negotiation, and case management skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and busy, varied caseload
• Collaborative approach and strong client communication
• Proactive attitude with an interest in building client relationships
