In this Affiliate Broker role, you’ll run your own residential sales and lettings business within the Knight Frank brand. You’ll operate independently while leveraging Knight Frank’s credibility, network, and platform to grow a personal pipeline in Muswell Hill & Crouch End. You’ll shape your client base and brand, supported by centralized admin and marketing resources to focus on closing deals. This is a high-growth, self-employed opportunity that combines autonomy with global reach and ongoing referrals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales and lettings processes
• Grow and maintain a personal client pipeline
• Build and promote your own brand within the Knight Frank platform
• Utilize provided CRM, portals, marketing collateral, photography and floorplans
• Leverage centralised compliance, admin and operational support
• Collaborate with Knight Frank’s global network to access referrals
• Maintain high client service standards and market knowledge
• Operate as a self-employed broker with no earnings ceiling

Key requirements

• Established residential sales and/or lettings professional
• Strong local knowledge or contacts in North London markets
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mindset
• Ability to build a defined market and own a business
• Willingness to operate under Knight Frank’s brand and platform
