Overview
In this role, you will help elite law firms and in-house legal teams leverage Clio’s AI-powered solutions to transform research, drafting, and analysis. You act as a trusted advisor, guiding adoption of AI in complex legal workflows and delivering measurable improvements. You’ll partner with GTM colleagues to tailor demonstrations, design pilots, and drive adoption across senior stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to shape AI strategy for leading legal departments and contribute to Clio’s mission of making the legal experience more efficient and accessible.

Responsibilities
- Understand client processes, challenges and improvement opportunities to identify AI-enabled workflow transformations.
- Lead consultative discussions and tailored demonstrations of Clio’s AI-driven solutions for specific legal workflows.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to capture client needs and influence purchasing decisions in AI adoption.
- Design high-impact pilots with clear outcomes and practice-area focus to demonstrate scalable value.
- Define success criteria for pilots and guide clients from pilot to rollout.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior partners and operations leaders, fostering adoption across levels.
- Support change management by addressing cultural, behavioral, and process changes needed for AI transformation.
- Collaborate with marketing to create content and messaging that resonates with legal audiences.
- Act as Voice of the Customer, feeding insights to product and sales teams to improve AI solutions and GTM strategies.
- Keep abreast of AI trends and legal tech innovations to share expertise internally and externally.
Key requirements
- 2+ years PQE at top-tier law firm or in-house legal team
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior legal stakeholders
- Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills to address legal and executive audiences
- Strong understanding of legal workflows and adoption dynamics in elite firms and corporate departments
- Consultative, solutions-focused mindset with curiosity about AI’s transformative potential in legal work
- Experience in technology, consulting, sales, or other client-facing roles is a plus
- Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
