In this role, you will handle high-value disputes for lenders, corporates, and insolvency practitioners within a leading London litigation practice. You will work across banking and finance disputes, recovery actions, and insolvency-related advisory matters, supporting a broad client base in complex, cross-border situations. Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions, corporates, and insolvency practitioners in complex disputes and advisory matters
• Manage high-value recoveries, lender enforcement actions, and disputes arising from insolvency or restructuring
• Advise lenders, insolvency practitioners, and corporate clients on issues linked to financial distress, restructuring, and asset recovery
• Handle disputes related to banking and finance, including recovery actions, security enforcement, and professional negligence claims

Key requirements

• 2–5 years PQE (or equivalent) in commercial litigation
• Solid background in commercial litigation with exposure to banking disputes and corporate recovery
• Experience in London or highly regarded regional firms seeking London work
• Stable career history with relevant industry experience
